Although I am no longer an active business, I have decided to keep this site available (as a landing page) for anyone who is feeling lost & needs support. I offer a blog & a social media address that I post to almost daily w/uplifting messages & ideas to help you thrive. I am not a medical professional, I am simply sharing advice & tips as a product of my own journey through Intuitive Eating & all aspects of life.
Once you really plug into your interoceptive awareness, your relationship to your body will know no bounds.
You will sense immediately when something feels “off” or out of alignment. You won’t hesitate to listen & honor your gut instincts because they will be your guiding force & best defense against things that would cause you harm.
I have felt for quite some time that (once you finish learning the 10 principles of intuitive eating) that there needs to be a “Part 2.”
It can still feel like there’s more growing to do; that there is an even deeper connection to be made from within.
(I’m not trying to take away from what I’ve already built here & on my other platforms) rather add to it with intention. There are so many different modalities of healing for your: physical, mental & spiritual self. Why just spend all of your time focusing only on one area?
I want this to be a space where you can learn to harness the power of introspection for yourself.

I am Christa Reynolds. I originally began this site to helps others defend themselves from diet culture. However, I realized that unless you have a good mindset, that will prove to be very difficult. I truly believe that in learning about how to control your mind and navigate your emotional landscape, you can thrive!
